natural selection tried to pick me off, but i'm still here. i just lost my appendix, however.

either way, it's back to my institute of learning so i'll be on the computer constantly. therefore, i finally think i'm ready to return to the world of livejournal in a more pro-active way.

i've always been reading, just slacking in other ways.

but yes, i'm still alive, and i'm around now.

I'll just ignore the fact that it has been a long while. Mostly because panic will result.

Today I learned that my great grandpa Ruggerio was gunned down while rushing a bridge protected by Germans with machine guns. (WWI)
My great grandpa's name was almost identical to the general's, so someone sent him the general's mail by accident. He opened the mail, realized it wasn't his, and hand delivered it to the general with an apology.
Because of that, when the general saw him there bleeding on the ground with amidst the other fallen soldiers, he said "take that man, get him help."

In other news, I'm not sick of news yet even though I should be.

HEY! Does anyone want to see a really, really, godawful TV news report I did?
It was my very first one, done with a partner. But it's sort of hilariously bad. And I have to delete it from my laptop soon so I was wondering if I should post it for the LOLZ?

Let me know!
